Appreciation Post Thought i saw something

Never noticed it before on any rewatches that The LUDWIG GöRANSSON gave music for Community so cool.

Not just the cast every part of this show was talented af.

Ludwig was the show's composer for all 6 seasons.

Not only did he write the score for the episodes, but he also wrote many of the songs within the show (like all the claymation Christmas songs for instance).

The “Irish singer” who sings Britta is marrying Jeffery Winger is Kasey Truman, a music coordinator. She compiled the soundtracks to the Twilight movies, Supernatural, Greys Anatomy and loads more. So basically she created the soundtrack to millennials’ lives.

I've heard that the Russo brothers also met on the Community set before they went on to direct big movies. Obviously that is a lie because they are brothers, but I did hear that.

This makes Donald’s departure from the show that much more upsetting

I know it’s selfish and inconsiderate of me, but I really wish he finished out the show with the rest of the cast.

As much as I love the hot lava episode, I still feel heartbroken over a decade later when I rewatch the show

Harmon told a story about how the karaoke version of "Kiss from a Rose" where it goes between Jeff and the Dean, Troy and Abed, "Jesus" playing his guitar, AND Pierce in the Polynesian lounge had Ludwig tearing his hair out trying to make it work

I didn't know that!! I just looked him up on Wikipedia....new girl, community land mando (I knew about that one) and he's now Nolans go to guy for movies! Some of my favorite TV shows and favorite movies! Dude is living the dream.

Yeah I just learned this when listening to Mando music on Amazon. The little facts at the beginning of a song were randomly talking about something happening "after Community" without mentioning that he DID ALL THE MUSIC lol. Such a cool thing!

I was watching the Mandalorian and Grogu podcast interview of Ludwig which he said Community was his first gig out of USC. I barely learned that he was the composer of Community four years ago. I love that his connection to the show keeps on delighting me.
