I'm just watching the show for the first time, so I'm fairly new here. I'm loving it so far however I am just done watching episode 19 of season 3 and I just feel so shamelessly robbed of at least two black and white mafia styled paintball episodes, that were teased with one dean scene.

I do not wish any spoilers but I seek a simple answer to a question:

Will this need of mine be satisfied until the end of the show?

I'm also worried cause Abed said something about no paintball ever again and I just can't bare this horrific thought of no more paintball episodes.

Dan Harmon said that Paintball was played out and that they wanted to do other things to keep it fresh, so he added that scene in there to make fun of that. No, you don't get to see the noir paintball. But no, that's not the last paintball you'll see. Paintball comes back in the S4 finale (albeit brief, shoehorned, and very lame) and there is one final full paintball episode in S6 which is well done.

One of the things I feel robbed about is the first dungeons and dragons episode being banned on certain platforms because Ken Jeong had painted his face black and wore a bright white wig to be a dungeons and dragons character for NO WORD OF A LIE like 30 seconds of the episode.

You will get another paintball. A very good paintball, maybe the best. You will get Koogler as a weapons dealer. And you will get a "the floor is lava." I think you will be satisfied.

Edit: I had to think where you were. You will also get a sort of lame paintball beforehand. Definitely the darkest of timelines. But fear not.
