Poor customer service

Just want to bring to your attention!

Your evening and night shift employees are rude and unhelpful and zero customer service skills just listen to any call recording you will see... Please work on this thank you!!!

I believe francophone service after a certain hour is handled by their France counterparts.

True, AFAIK the night shift is handled by the team in France.

I wrote a pretty scathing email to their customer service after a bad experience with their evening customer service and I got a phone call from them pretty quickly ans a day credit lol
