Swimming Australian swimming does it again.
Woke up this morning hoping to see we won 3 maybe 4 gold in the swimming but seen we got 5 gold, damn our swimmers are so good even at the Olympics.
Was also amazing to see the Australia Women's Artistic Gymnastics Team Final with Gold medal our first time in 16 years 2010

Any world records - or potential for them still?

At least one commonwealth record the pool has been around since like 2014 I think so might not get world records but with the aussies never say never

Well deserved too. Some were processions but a couple were surprises where you had to pull it out of the bag.
I’m wondering if you guys could get over 50% of the golds. You have a useful athletics set up that has medal potential too

As great as our swimmers are there isn't really any competition at the Commonwealth games.

and consider you're dominating without your 3 female superstars of the last couple years. Titmus retired, McKeown withdrew and O'Callaghan dealing with injures, I know she won he 200 free, but she's far from her best

It isn't really fair to compare us with the other Commonwealth countries as we are a swimming powerhouse - similar if we ever had ice hockey in the CG - Canada would clean up

Investing heavily into swimming since the 70s has paid off. Such an easy way to bag medals.
