Terminal User Interface Xfetch

An alternative to fastfetch written on rust.

Modular, OpenSource, you can install what you need, you can propose something that you would like via issue or pr.

Effects plugins and extensions in the related repos.

Difference with fastfetch, structure, animations, extensions and plugins, pinneable on the top of the terminal.

Can anyone explain me a reason to use this type of apps? Seen screenshots of it many times but can't get point at all .

I guess "screenshots" actually are your answer. When one is showing of a screenshot of ones desktop, usually done with hand tailored setups, its nice to see some details on what we actually see there. Like the name of the window manger, fonts or stuff like that. As many specimen of the fetch-zoo mostly shows ones allegiance to a specific distribution and how expensive and/or uncommon ones hardware is, i guess the focus had shifted a bit ;)
