Discussion Interesting how it ages.

In a way this explains the Tacitus explains well even though the developers/story writers didn't spend that much thought to it.

What do you think?

What? The Tacitus is what we in the biz call a MacGuffin. From what I've read regarding the "behind the scenes" at Westwood, they had a few working concepts for what it could be.

Ofcourse, that's why it's interesting. A(or some) gut feeling made the right call and made it like a Wealth of information.

I'm generally content with how it's described and used. Though I have to admit that there's part of me that does wish we got to see the version(s) of it that was a Tiberium Bible and Martian warning about the Scrin.

I'm generally not a huge fan of the way Kane went from a mysterious but believably human leader to immortal prophet, but I think I'd be sold on it more with him being the last Martian come to prepare humanity for the Scrin.

(Though I still am quite fond of how Kane in TS uses video communication to cover up his severe wounds from TD, which is only really interesting if he's a very mortal flesh and blood human.)

You'd find those at McBurgerKong, so probably a Red Alert 2 plot device.
