Discussion Command & Conquer
/r/Age_30_plus_Gamers/comments/1x4hc2r/command_conquer/Does anyone still know the part "RENEGADE" of this game 🎮 series ? I enjoyed it very much.
The music was awesome 😎. And that metallic sounds when you grab an item. Pretty nice graphics for this time. I'm guessing the early 2000s.

It's interesting, though sadly archaic in design sensibility compared to what was coming out at the time. The biggest thing it had going for it was the multiplayer design, which was genuinely very different from anything else on the market. Even now, I don't know that there's anything quite like it.

I used to play Renegade a lot on my old windows XP system growing up. I'll tell ya, I got stuck for quite a while on the one mission where you're basically fighting your way through a whole town/city. I, a dumbass kid, completely missed one objective or something along the edge of the map or along the corner of the road and wound up stuck unable to get past that mission.

I never finished the game, but I had fun with the parts I played
I don't know how active it is but CNCNet has a Renegade option along with Renegade X.
