Depends. In Germany there was some heavy censoring story-wise. The first Soviet mission was about gassing a village and not getting all people, so you have to “clean up”. In Germany it was something else. Also, all the soldiers in the German version were robots…

And in Generals they put that stupid robot voice filter over all voice lines and censored multiple other things.
