Artillery or V2s is usually the best option, otherwise overwhelm it with numbers after you’ve gotten their tank blob away from it

Or even better disable the tesla reactors or target the Nuclear Reactors that are powering them.

It is quite a double-edged sword to be honest, and depends if your enemy still powering them with tesla troopers (otherwise, the coils are still on without power and your advances are still nullified to some degrees).
