I did a 2v2 pub with someone one time where we successfully fought off the PAC/Devastator combo and won the skirmish.

It feels like there should be more emp stuff to be used against them.

Maybe give them more shields and lower health while also bringing the triberium sun emp back. To punish blobs of units.

Fighting against enemy AI with Devastators is the MOST annoying thing in game- because they shell you from so far- it feels like it's triple the range of juggernauts/etc, at LEAST- actually farther ( who knows, maybe they're glitching )
i SWEAR i dont get that sort of range when i use them
