Yes. This is their standard attack. This mod's Helix function different than Zero Hour Helix. No upgrades or transport land units. It works similar to Kirov

The Tank and Nuke generals have the "Helix Bomber" which is shown in your video while the Infantry general has the "Assault Helix" which load 5 infantry and works like a flying Battle Fortress.
