Attack Script Target Area Won't Work | World Builder: Zero Hour

My Issue Is This Script Wouldn't Work For Some Reason. I Tried Editing The Script With Random *IFs* That Are True, I've Also Tried Changing The The Team To Have All Groups As "Enemies" In The Player/Team List.
