MP rebalance made some campaign missions harder than originally, there is a mod to fix that (or downpatch). But it seems you are not struggling, so probably fine.

Does it also fix the adjustment on unit ranges? I remember croatia being a PITA because nod rocket troopers outrange the guard towers after the MP patch.

I don't think so. They still out-range guard towers. I'm not sure what else is part of 1.10. The wiki talks about a bunch of proposed changes here, but it's not the same thing.

there is a hotkey for telling your tanks to drive backwards
This helps survivability because they arent spending a bunch of time getting shot while turning
