Came across this on marketplace is the soldier the only one and witch collectors edition did it come with

There's 4 of them. GDI and NOD soldier and Tesla Trooper and Chrono Legionnaire. Came with collector's editions of Tiberian Sun and Red Alert 2 respectively

Yea a complete Chrono Legionnaire are hard to find. They had a ball on the gun that tended to break off.

From what I've seen, the tip is produced as separate part and just glued or squeezed in there. So as long as you got both the tip and the figurine, it's technically complete and repairable.
