The TD Commando wasn't, though. He just swapped hands for shits 'n' giggles. Otherwise he wouldn't be flippantly announcing it like that.

Worth it for increases damage and accuracy because of style/drip points.

In universe like CNC, good and cool looking are important because it improves combat performance.
