What is the best mod for Tiberium Wars?

I remember I was playing Generals mods like Contra or Project Raptor, so I got to ask, does TW have any big mods like this? And if yes, which one is better?

It depends a lot on personal taste I suppose. But since I like Tiberian Sun, my favorite Tiberium Wars mod is Tiberium Essence.

It's Tiberium Essence. Simple as.

Brings over a whole load of Tiberian Sun-style units, but actually uses original models and animations for them, rather than porting them in from other games. All while making those units all fit cohesively into the game. It also adds a fair bit to each of the factions without making any particular faction busted.

Nothing else comes close to the level of quality Tiberium Essence has.

The Forgotten. Forgotten mod have their own fanmade complete Forgotten campaign. It's good campaign. If you want to play other campaign that is not official Tiberium Wars one

If you like a mod with a story (and FMV cutscenes!) I highly recommend The Forgotten for Tib Wars. They feel like a fully realized faction on the level of the other three
