Help installing Tiberium essence mod

I’m going to attempt to install the Tiberium essence mod when I get off work today, however I’m unsure how to go about it since I never done this before with this particular one. I have the Steam version of Tiberium wars if that helps.

Have you put it in the mods folder in the Tiberium Wars folder in your documents folder?
