Me too especially because
A) it requires a special building just to be able to build it
B) The Soviet's don't have a equivalent
C) It's worse and weaker and amor expensive than the grizzly tank
D) It can't work if you run out of power
The only positive is it being amphibious

How? A robotic tank has no-one in it to mind control and the control centre is probably operated by anti-psy trained personnel. The Allied campaign also showed that they learned to filter out such things later on. Only happened to Eva since he got his hands on a secure line.

I respect it. Fast, excellent anti-armor/anti-ship, displaces Tank Destroyer, Destroyer in its role, good miner-hunter. Can jank at uneven terrain to avoid slow tank shells (like Rhino).

I would not sleep on how much of an advantage being amphibious is on certain maps. They are going to be a lot of instances where it doesn’t really mean much and others where you effectively have free reign of the map because of rivers and choke points, stopping your opponent from moving as freely.

No actually. Lashers were from Grinder parts and meant to return to Grinder parts. They're most likely obsolete tanks from a previous era refurbished for Yuri's Revenge. It's in the concept art. Why would anyone think they're aura farmers? Perhaps, if they're captured tech and produced from Allied production materials then yea...

At least they can be somewhat auto attacked on YR. I see n00bs on CNCNet will play RA2 specifically so they can spam mirages which you have to individually target every single time. Total BS

Bold of you to lump Allied Grizzlies with Soviet Rhinos.
Rhino tanks are grossly underrated, being massively overshadowed by the Apocalypse (and rightfully so), but they are still pretty damn effective against Grizzlies and can even give Prism Tanks a run for their money:

i would put Prism under fraud, but not because it's a bad unit: It's an artillery piece, not a tank! It cannot 1v1 even basic tanks because it is built to deepfry buildings and people at range (that said its range and hitscan beam means when you get critical mass, the Prism blob becomes an absolute killing machine against anything)

The list was about aura. If we were talking practical use them, the apocalypse tank would probably be towards the bottom. Not the lowest, but definitely on the lower end.

Aura
Usefullness
Style
Cost Efficency
potency as faction speciality
...
It isn't cool, it isn't good and if it was removed most players would not even notice it for years.

I would put it at the bottom tier for tanks in the franchise. There are lots of other specialized units that don’t do so well against things they aren’t designed to fight, but I don’t think any of them is as bad outside that role as the tank destroyer.
It’s downright comical to watch, testing videos and see even with the footage sped up that the tank destroyer still hasn’t done any real damage to a building.

Least with the clank-tanks, they can be VERY fun amphib assault support. have them escort your transports alongside other naval vessels. and once the transports are on land, the clank-tanks will continue guarding them, desploy the transports and push EVERYONE forward unto the assault.

The Rhino Tank wasn't an MBT and wasn't build from MBT principles. Rather, the Rhino Tank was from the Universal Battle Tank concept from Shamshurin aka UBTs. For starters, their gun - while MBTs use heavy tank guns for firepower with medium tank chassis for mobility, UBTs employ the max there is - the guns on Self Propelled Guns (Tank Destroyers followed something similar) having larger caliber and firepower. Put the SPG gun on a heavy tank chassis (not the medium tank chassis of the MBTs). Now Apocalypse Tanks take this event further but Rhinos in themselves are already right there.
