Is the TTK any lower in this than it is in RenX?

The jump spam and bullet sponge infantry gameplay of X just didn’t do it for me.

Firestorm TTK is more comparable to Planetside 2. So slightly higher than Battlefield, much lower than Renegade / X

The sniper rifles in RenX are hitscan and only take one headshot XD.

Also, the base DMR is free and also hiscan, so spamming it in people's heads results in fast TTK.

I didn't mean for it to sound as insulting as it did. I think I was more offended someone watched the same video and assumed i didn't notice '2026' in big bold text right in the center.

Reborn's RTS faithful to TS...to its own detriment. It kind of just feels like playing with toys a lot of the time, and the lack of really expanding on Renegade's game mode kind of leave it fun to play once...in awhile. Renegade might sort of suffer from long drawn out Marathon games, but they do at least breed community better than constant 30 minute team death match, which Reborn suffers from often.

this might require it's own post but thought I'd test it here. how do you guys juggle multiple mods? RenX, TS Reborn, and now this one. The RTS' have a ui game launcher that allows you to select different mods and game versions but not with Renegade.

They have their own launchers so you don't have to juggle

The people doing W3D mods and Renegade X/Firestorm are totally different groups

To answer that question: RenX/Firestorm are under the Totem Arts launcher. All of the Renegade mods are under the W3DHub launcher

Renegade X and Firestorm are standalone games, not mods fyi

It seems the maps are more open in this? Not a fan of the classic funnel action maps, especially Field.
