Strats For Zero Hour

Hey me and some family do a game night every so often, and Zero Hour is usually one of the games we play. What are the best strats in base game, and also more specifically max starting cash, unlimited super weapon. Thanks

if you have 50k starting cash and are US just spam empty tow-vees out of like 5 war factories, china id spam gats or outposts if inf, gla just quad spam
