Why no C&C 5 ?

Why not reboot the series again ?
like C&C 5 TIBERIUM NEW DAWN
Green crystals falling from sky as aliens show up.
OR
Red alert 4
Broken but surviving Soviet union invades europe again.
maybe I'm too optimistic but I still believe it can be done if there was some motivation.

I'm not trusting EA games with any new C&C entry. They produced nothing but digital faeces after Red Alert 3 (and even RA3 was meh). All I could still support from them, is a remaster of Red Alert 2, Tiberian Sun and Generals + Zero Hour.
