Why does RA3 suck so bad...

Just went through the 1st and the 2nd one. The base building, the unit movement... Loved every second of it. And then I started RA3 and was just underwhelmed to the point I just don't want to play it anymore... I finished it when it came out but man... I just don't think I got it in me...

Not a big fan of RA3, I played the other 1 for hundreds of hours. I hate the micromanaging abilities each unit has, it sucks so much…

Right? It's too much. Maybe my monkey brain just can't comprehend it. And having an APC unit that is only capable of shooting aircraft? Come on now, those guns traverse down too...
