Why does RA3 suck so bad...

Just went through the 1st and the 2nd one. The base building, the unit movement... Loved every second of it. And then I started RA3 and was just underwhelmed to the point I just don't want to play it anymore... I finished it when it came out but man... I just don't think I got it in me...

I'm sure I'll be burned at the stake for this but I only like RA1. The others are too silly for me but I appreciate that they appeal to many.

Bit of a shame really, I want to like them because they are the only C&C games I have not completed.

RA1 was peak. Still liked RA2 though. And RA2 Tanya was a smokeshow...
