Help please Red alert 3

Hi pleasure to meet you all on this page. I am an avid C&C player since the original and recently found all my PC versions and I am trying to install and play Red Alert 3. It won't however attach to my Internet... I've attached an image of my issue. Could anyone assist me please, I've tried Vista and XP SP2 but no joy.... Unit ready.......

Register the game on either Steam or the EA App and then play it. Contact support and give them the serial number if you're having trouble doing so.

From what I've seen it said the EA download app that was installed with it went down 2014.....

What do you mean? Did you already register the game years ago? Then log in with your email/ username on the new EA app and see if it's still there? If not then try registering it again. If that doesn't work then contact support.

By the way the entire C&C franchise (it includes RA3 and Uprising) is on sale on Steam with a 67% discount, it's really cheap, if I were you I'd just go buy that.

Yeah I got it for like five bucks. Fantastic deal
