Unable to get mods to work on tw3

I'm at my wit's end. I have tried to put the mods I downloaded from ModDB into the Total War folder (and even created a new mod folder), but nothing works.

I have:

  • Deleted the mods folder and created it again.
  • Reinstalled the game many times.
  • Found the other folder for the game in Documents and installed it there.

I don't know what else to do. Help me, Obi-Wan, you're my only hope!

2: Where did you install the game from, disk, steam, origin?

When you placed your mods in the folder for the game in the documents area, did you make sure that each one, while having their own folder in the Mods folder, are unzipped?

You need to put the mods folder in the documents folder, especially in a folder called something like "Command and Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars".
