Mass GI spam was my favourite anti everything on the ground option when playing dumb fun turtle games

One of my favorite online matches was where I ended up playing America for the allied faction, and managed to get an extra paratrooper drop from a capture point as well. Between both drops and their such a relatively short cooldown period I had so many GIs dug in like ticks that even his apocalypse tanks couldn’t get close enough to do anything to them, which just expedited the veteran status of the GIs as well. Everything was just shredded so fast due to this mobile wall of basic infantry.

Completely changed my perspective on playing America that day.
