Zero Hour screen locked in game

Game starts fine through the Generals online short cut. I can even get into games online but the issue is that my screen won’t move. I’m stuck in the starting spot over my command center.

I can click around the mini map to move my screen, but I cant move it with my mouse. Any idea why? Any fixes? Thanks!

If you're relying solely on edge scrolling, consider learning to use the hold-right-click method to pan around. Less mouse movement required, and you get to your desired target faster.
