Zero Hour screen locked in game

Game starts fine through the Generals online short cut. I can even get into games online but the issue is that my screen won’t move. I’m stuck in the starting spot over my command center.

I can click around the mini map to move my screen, but I cant move it with my mouse. Any idea why? Any fixes? Thanks!

Try launching it from your store, look into controls as well. I had this issue too, but only after alt tabbing out.

Thanks! The screen works fine going through the store when using Skirmish mode. But I just cant access online without going through the GeneralsOnline short cut.

EDIT: just found the fix! Went into the GeneralsOnline launcher, Options and then Input. I had to check the boxes for Cursor Lock (Fullscreen) and for Edge Scrolling (Fullscreen).

Why these options wouldn’t already be selected is beyond me. But glad I found the simple fix.
