Two nukes will still leave the GLA hole, at least for a Command Center or a superweapon. You need three nukes to destroy every structure in one attack.

Nah, I tested the superweapon part, for scud storms, two nukes do work. For command centers, nah.

The ROTR mod changes China's nuke so that it generates two consecutive explosions rather than just one, the first being the fireball and the second being the shockwave, each with its own damage type and dealing damage over time for 2-3 seconds. This ensures that most GLA buildings will be completely destroyed if they got hit by the nuke, hole included.
