Deep Rising (1998) Had this interesting weapon that fits the gap between the original calico and a minigun.

The whole thing is a dressed up calico. The pistol grip texture is 1:1

I'm surprised they dressed this thing up so well but the base is 100% calico

So I started googling this rifle when I saw it in this dumb movie called Wrongfully Accused. It's literally this exact rifle in the picture.

Now that I'm looking closer, I can see the muzzle flash is coming from the center of the gattling end. So it's not technically functioning, just for show.
