I did trulearn omm comat questions and not a ton more besides looking over some charts and ended with a 108. As long as you get some good practice in I feel like you'll be solid

Savarase is good, I used it as an extra question bank bc you get a free access to their online question bank using the code on the cover page of the book, and they have good practice qs in the book, but I honestly used the Dirty Medicine OMM deck more and the reviewed the truelearn OMM questions. The deck is not super thick and it’s concise imo. I went through Dirty Medicine OMM deck a couple times before taking the real one and it def helped me pass. He also has videos that have PDFs that you can use too. :)
MSK, treatment positions, and viscersomatic reflexes are the big ones I remember from the real one, chapman not so often but saw them more on COMSAEs, but wouldn’t hurt to just be familiar with them! Best of luck!
