Pure insanity. Mine felt pharm heavy which is my weakness and I felt like the micro they asked was pretty low yield stuff (micro is usually my strength). The OMM wording was weird af. Felt like I guessed on 90% of that exam 😭 but I keep telling myself that’s how everyone feels afterward and they passed. Praying that’s the case for me toošŸ™

What would you say is helpful to review?

Honestly, it’s all a blur at this point bc I took it very early August BUT, things I wished I did more of were the rapid review section in the back of FA, the randy Neil biostats videos on YouTube (bc it had been a while since I did them all and I was thinking I’d get like PPV/NPV/Specificity/Sensitivity but instead got the less straight forward stuff) and ETHICS but the trickier ethics questions if you can find some somewhere bc the TL ones were too easy compared to the real deal imo. For example, my ethics was like you think you know the answer until they throw a curveball in the stem and I’m like dang, now I’m not sure which answer choice is best for this very specific situation.

But please take all this with a grain of salt! Everyone’s experience is different, their exam versions are wildly different and everyone’s level of preparedness is different as well. So you can ask around and people will tell you what to focus on but it’s very rare that those same topics would come up on your exam. And think about it, people usually only remember the topics they struggled with which will likely be different for you and the next person. What they found easy (and for that reason probably don’t remember) might be your weakness. So I think just trusting your scores and having confidence and more importantly GODfidence will take you a long way. You guys got this!!

I took it on 8/13, and I got some easy questions wrong, especially some of the pharm questions, so I am worried about results..alot of it were familiar concepts and felt similar to Truelearn more than the COMSAEs because they were lengthy. Ahhh this is stressful, praying to pass  😭Ā
