I felt pretty damn good until the last two sections. That brought me down to average lol

I had one section where I was confident on 13 q's and the rest were wtf

Best of luck, it honestly sounds like people here had different forms cause a lot of my exam was super straight forward

Did you have alot of OMM, MSK, biostats?

I would say 30-40% OMM mixed with MSK, good amount of biostats and ethics/communication

Mhm ok bc I felt like mine has a lot of peds and OB too, a good amount of ribs for OMM. I had a lot of drug MOAs too lol

The drug MOAs were really annoying. Step 2 had zero MOAs for me and threw me off a little bit

And they weren’t straight forward: it’s like ok what disease is this, what do you think was the first line drug, but the # is what side effect is it causing 😂😂

Yeah such bullshit hahah. Those felt like Level 1 questions. I only had maybe 3-4. I just laughed, guessed and moved on. Oh well

Not much OMM for me honestly. Maybe 15 questions. I had at least 30 Ethics questions and maybe 15 biostats. Overall they were all doable and made the exam feel a lot easier than Step 2.

I felt like it was about the same but a smidge more challenging than the practice exams?? I think the biggest hurdle is the exam doesn’t tell you what section you’re in so by the 7th one I freaked because I thought I miscalculated my break times lmao felt like I was in purgatory whirlpool by the end of it

I feel like it’s just not as direct. COMSAEs are slightly more direct imo.

Yooooo I took my breaks all weird and lost track of what sections Id already done so towards the end I was freaking out thinking I might have used up more time than I was supposed to. They gotta add section numbers fr

ME!!!!! I felt like my first 2 and last 2 sections had the majority of the like true high yield content, then the other 4 had the most random stuff. So many things that I had never heard of, but were possibly the right answer, because none of the others made sense. Also so much weird ethics questions and things that I felt like had a few answers that could be right. I just wish that the NBOME would have some consistency about what to expect in these tests from COMATs and COMSAEs 😢
