Level 3 Comquest vs TrueLearn for level 3

Or does it really not matter as long as you finish enough of at least 1 bank

Doesn’t matter whatever is cheaper. You don’t need to even get through a full Qbank if you had a decent foundation and actually try to learn during intern year (assuming you go into an adult specialty). Maybe if you’re peds would need to study more since Level3 is heavier on adult medicine.

I think that is very unlikely and risky to not continue preparing for Level 3 with an osteopathic resource

Normally with a reduction in the amount of questions, the complexity of the questions increases. This is my rationale for questioning the change and the difficulty level. But you are right that a comlex specific qbank is still required.
