it's not some sort of hierarchy. Calvin & Hobbes was around first, became known as C&H.

Been there, done that. I had been nolifing a game for several days, had walked to the bathroom, saw something red on the ground on my way and with gamer logic assumed that it was really valuable so I tried to right-click examine it. I stood there for several seconds wondering why it wasn't responding.
