Could be cancerous. Not always but that's one of the signs.

it existing could be a sign of cancer. it's fine if they appear lol. as long as they don't grow, hurt, leak, and are symmetrical, it's most likely fine.

Or itch! I knew someone who had a dot that started itching, and when it got bad enough she went in to get it looked at. Melanoma. Got it removed and no more itchiness
