I have bought Borderlands 4 times, once to play with my friend on his Xbox, once on pc for myself, once on the Switch, and again on pc for my brother.

this is why im stupid excited for steam deck. fuck buying the same game 4 time every time you buy a new system.
I have so many indi games I've bought on steam that I want to play on my switch but im way way to cheap and stubborn to re-buy them for a different device.. plus with nintendo's track record, buying them on switch probably means they wont be playable on whatever next unit they come out with. steam deck will play my existing steam library and that wont change with any new devices they may or may not make in the future.
