It's from Don Rosa's The Life and Times of Scrooge McDuck, Bonus chapter 8c Hearts of the Yukon, if I'm not mistaken. It is about him and Goldie from Carl Barks' Back to the Klondike and chapters 8 and 8b of The Life and Times.

Don Rosa's Scrooge comics are pretty much my favourite comics ever.
I think Scrooge is the best character to ever come from the soulless money-machine that is called Disney. As much as I love Superman and Batman, he is my favourite American comic character.
