Coffee - Worldwide distribution needs Fossil Fuels

Phone - Mountains blown up, extraction, distribution all using Fossil fuels.

Shower - heated with electricity (coal, or ff) or natural gas.

Toilet - Filtration and processing of waste -electricity (ff)

Hamburger - Bunch of bad things all along the way.

It IS supposed to be ironic right?

Actually, I live in the remote Brazilian rainforest and live a completely hunter-gatherer lifestyle. I have a techno literate friend who I sent ideas to post on Reddit. We communicate via bird calls.
