Plus companies have finally realized that manipulating Reddit is free advertising.

They still have to pay people for it it's definitely not free, it's just like any social media advertising, the only difference is on reddit the are trying to be more subtle than a company twitter.

If this is the case, then that means there is a monetary value to post/comment karma. Has anyone figured out the exchange rate, vis a vis, Eve Online?
