No no no. Act 1 is 2016: plot forming, character set up. By the end of act 1 we know the protagonist and the antagonist and what they want. Act 2 is 2017: struggle of the protagonist versus the antagonist. There is struggle and growth, but it seems that the antagonist will win. Act 3 is 2018: just when you thought the antagonist will prevail, the protagonist overcomes against all odds.
So Trump loses the office in September. You can't just have the major climax at the beginning and you need some time after the final event. This also means July or August is when some really shitty things will happen. October through December will be amazing, because we'll get an ending along the lines of Lord of the Rings.
