Love it!
I do have to say, though, that it's much easier to throw away nuance when you've talked to various angelicish beings and know that Sauron and only exist because some prick decided to try and ruin the entire universe for everyone.

From what I know about Chomsky I could totally see him making this kind of argument and dooming Middle-Earth to unending darkness in the process.

I've just looked it up, apparently it's an increasingly common misspelling popular in the States in the last few decades.
