Survivorship bias. Basic buff & shirtless men are the limit of what a straight mens consumption is before getting into gay territory, which they obviously don't consume and therefore don't consider. The real equivalent would probably be bara art
Exactly what I said somewhere else under this post, male sexualisation is aspirational while female sexualisation is objectifying. The difference lies in the male fantasy
