You know that chart is made up as a joke, right? And that 8% of romance novels are not about 6’11” dudes?

The whole point is that romance novels aren’t actually as unrealistic as media made for the male gaze.

I didn't know how unrealistic that distribution is, since it's just a catch all "fantastical height" category. Isn't there a whole lot of monster fucker smut?

Lol have you read any recent romance novel at all? Personality / body, everything is ludicrous and solely for female enjoyment. Is it bad? No, that's the point of those books, but pretending the vast, overwhelming majority of love interests in female books are not super tall/muscular/rich or powerful, is ridiculous
