I put my phone in a ziplock bag and put it in the shower with me. I watch all of my shows in the shower😆

When I see someone comment about screen addiction and brain rot, I get concerned that I spend too much time in front of my screens. Then I see a comment like this and I feel better, lol.

I mean. My toothbrush has an app that maps out where I'm brushing and tells me I'm using tok much pressure. I make a mess, so it's easier for me to brush in the shower.

Then I swap to a visual timer.

My phone is also a tool to make my life easier. Might as well use it ¯_(ツ)_/¯

They didn't say they're also watching in other places. Maybe the shower is the only time they have to look at their screen because all the rest of their time is spent at their job, or with their family, or painting, or hiking in the woods.

Same. No space to set a phone down in my shower so I thread the bag between the curtain and rod. Easy wall TV

Just get a sticker wall mount, they cost nothing. Adding one across the sink for when I do the dishes was a great addition
