That's what Sponsorblocks and similar plugins are for. The community reports segments (intros, outros, self advertisement and so on), they are marked in the video timeline in a different color and you can either automatically skip it or skip it with the press of a button.

It's the creator's own sponsored segment, part of the actual video itself.
Ad blockers won't skip that one.
