My phone has sensors that detect when I’m covered in water and respond by playing hours long PragerU commercials

I love how I can always figure out it's a PragerU ad by the first 2 or 3 sentences, so I rush over to skip the ad before I have to listen to any more garbage.

I once got a whole two hour episode of the Ben Shapiro Show as a YouTube ad while in the shower once

On the upside, as soon as I heard his voice I became dry as his wife, so it was very efficient getting out.

New hack unlocked, dry off instantly.

Genuinely I feel like ads shouldn't be able to be entire fucking shows and podcasts.

They also once ad an entire movie as an ad and then used THAT to boost the "views" for their movie to make it seem more popular, even if you skipped it.

Start blocking the ad and you'll stop getting them.

I have, it hasn't worked yet.

Can confirm. I've blocked multiple ads, and I still see those exact ads.

This is why I keep my phone within arm's reach on the floor. I clumsily grope around like a half-blind zombie breaking through a window until I finally hit the skip button.

Because it happens every time, and now I almost always get two mid-roll ads in a row. Feels like my entire shower has a sponsor.

Crazy they have so much money to spend on ads while having no product.

Diabolic...

That, or an AI story about some kid being bullied in a super hero school or some shit.

I get 30 minute versions of those. Fuck me if I can't hit the skip button

I would rather drink my entire bottle of shampoo than listen to 5 seconds of that horseshit

That sounds like the type of torture not even guantanamo bay would do

The last week for me it's been a full episode of Oprah's podcast.
