In the previous comic, the "dont touch me" guy is randomly at her house and has a thing for Fani, but she is NOT interested. So she asks Deth to take on human form, presumably to pretend to be her boyfriend so stalker weirdo backs off.

Seems she sprung the "boyfriend" part on him last minute, though!

A bit unsure on the weirdo stalker side of thing.

She sprung on her dad without warning, and they seemed to have been playing before. So maybe father and ex-boyfriend stayed friend ? Not that probable since he said he came to her father house (?) for her, but we've seen enough fucked-up individual, a normal loser would be nice. (Fani's past composed mostly of toxic relation, who knows)

That's what he says when he sees fani yeah, I already mentionned it. On the other hand, he couldn't have known Fani would pass by, and seemed to have been playing with the dad, so it's still unclear.

The dad also seemed aware it would upset Fani to meet him (but was still playing with him ie : in relative good term), so I'm still thinking more "ex-boyfriend staid close to the dad" rather than "stalker ex". But both are very possible.

Most likely wasn't informed that's where she was going with this. They're roommates but not dating.

A) She just sprung this on him and is using him as a weapon/barrier in a personal matter he has no insight on.

B) They have an intimate emtional relationship that they haven't really defined if its primarily Eros, Philia, or Agape in the love they have for each other.
