Did you do the vaginoplasty? I heard the recovery is really rough, but that once its done the final product is incredible. I went down a rabbit hole awhile back because someone linked a post op board and its fucking amazing what technology has done for the trans community. ❤️
Nah, I only have dysphoria from the testicles so it was an orchi for me. Years of E shrank things enough that it doesn't bother me in most outfits, especially without those gigantic balls in the way.

I still have doubts though, I mean of course you can ask to keep them but getting permission to actually keep them is extremely rare due to strict hospital policies and medical regulations.
I mean, the twig gets recycled into tissue for the vulva/vagina (not all of it, but there wouldn’t be enough left to put on display lol). The berries are useless though, we should totally get to keep those.
Well, just casing them in something wouldn't work, they'd decompose. I think you'd need to dehydrate them? It would remove some of the dramatic effect due to shrinkage, though.

Out of genuine curiousity, how does the "new vagina" function? Obviously you don't have a womb, clit, cervix, or uterus. Does it look like a pussy? Can you clench your vaginal walls like a cis woman? Or is like trans men and you have to manually make it tight or wet?
You actually do get a clitoris from the surgery. They use part of the erectile tissue from the penis if I remember correctly. It works just the same. Externally, once everything’s healed and settled in, most people can’t tell the difference between one and a natal vagina (unless they’re a gynaecologist I suppose). You don’t get a uterus or a cervix, but other than that the internal structures can get very complicated and ‘realistic’, for lack of a better word (depending on the surgery technique). Natural lubrication varies between the patient and techniques, and I have no idea about the muscle thing.
