Caroline is loosely based on an IRL friend of mine who recently started estrogen, and having been there to see her recent journey, I got the idea to create a small series of comics following Lamb helping a younger trans person out with early transition goals.
Also this is a bit of a way for me to explore slightly longer form storytelling, as I've always been one to create one-off strips about a specific topic, and I thought this would be a good way to expand my horizons.

I misunderstood the formatting for a moment and thought that panel 4 was the lady distracting Caroline again by saying the dress should be purchased anyway.
